London TV Screenings locks 2027 dates with first outing for merged Banijay-All3Media

London's week for selling new TV shows has set its 2027 dates, and buyers will meet a combined Banijay-All3Media team for the first time.
The London TV Screenings unveiled its 2027 schedule, with the merged sales group as part of the line-up, according to Deadline. The event is a dedicated week of screenings and showcases in London, held every February since 2021 to let distributors show new programmes to international buyers, according to London TV Screenings.
Banijay and All3Media have merged into one group. That leaves one fewer founding organiser, meaning one of the distributors that started the event. The founding organisers are now Banijay, Fremantle and ITV Studios.
The combined Banijay-All3Media business will present in London on Wednesday, February 24. It brings a 265,000-hour catalogue, meaning its library of shows available to license. That is a lot of television.
Banijay will hold its event at BAFTA Piccadilly. ITV Studios will hold its event on the same day at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square. Fremantle follows the next day at the Odeon.
The week opens on Sunday, February 21 with Studiocanal. The company will hold a scripted event, focused on drama and other written shows, followed by a cocktail party.
Other sellers have also fixed their slots. Sony, Mediawan Rights, Beta Film and Keshet International have set dates for 2027.
For viewers, this week decides little on its own. It is where channels and streamers shop. Deals done in that room decide what gets bought, where it airs and what gets a second series.
