Law Roach says he is ready to try acting

Law Roach is ready for his close-up.
The celebrity stylist told Variety on Thursday night that he is "absolutely" prepared to try acting. He spoke to the outlet at the InStyle Imagemaker Awards in Los Angeles. The interview was published on October 17.
Roach said he is waiting for the right invitation. He wants a director to see something in him and offer him a part. "I want to try everything. If I'm terrible at it, at least I tried," he said.
It would be a shift with a clear starting point. Roach is best known as the stylist behind Zendaya, Kim Kardashian and Celine Dion. A stylist picks clothes, accessories and hair and make-up direction to build a public look. A red-carpet stylist works with stars, designers and glam teams ahead of premieres and awards shows. His work has helped shape some of Hollywood's favourite red-carpet moments.
Viewers will already know his face. He has appeared as himself in short cameo spots, meaning brief appearances under his own name, in "The Devil Wears Prada 2" and the Kate Hudson Netflix sitcom "Running Point". That is different from playing a character. It is a taste of a film set, not a full role. No film or television acting part has been announced.
He also has plenty of television hours. Roach has served as a judge on "Legendary", "America's Next Top Model", "Project Runway" and "RuPaul's Drag Race". On those shows he assesses contestants and gives feedback on performance and presentation. The job keeps him on camera, but still as himself. It rewards quick opinions and strong presence.
The acting talk came during a fashion-industry night out. The 2026 InStyle Imagemaker Awards were held in Los Angeles on October 15, according to InStyle. Heidi Klum presented Roach during the ceremony. The pair appeared together at the event, and Roach was also pictured with Priyanka Chopra Jonas at the awards.
For fans, this means watching for a first proper part. Roach has judged, hosted and cameoed. The next step would be playing someone else entirely. He sounds up for it.
