Cardi B packs eight songs into NPR Tiny Desk Concert

Cardi B has played NPR's Tiny Desk Concert, bringing eight songs to the public broadcasting organisation's offices in Washington, D.C.
The performance was published on Oct. 19, as Billboard reported. It follows the series format, a stripped-back set filmed in close quarters behind a desk, with the camera fixed on the artist and the musicians around her.
She opened with "Hello" from Am I the Drama? The choice placed new material at the front of the set. She then moved into "ErrTime" and "Man of Your Word," holding the opening stretch on recent writing before reaching further back.
The middle of the set turned to "Be Careful" and then "Up." Both are vocal-led songs that sit well in a small room, where there is little production to hide behind. The eight-song running order was confirmed in full by NPR in its feature on the session.
The closing stretch brought three widely heard tracks in quick succession. Cardi B played "AH HA," her 2026 single, followed by "Bodak Yellow." She finished with "I Like It," which closed the performance after a run that moved from the newest songs through to established catalogue.
For the session, she wore leather pants and a power blazer, as noted by NPR in its Oct. 19 write-up. The Tiny Desk set-up keeps everything tight, with the artist, band and desk framed together. That proximity puts as much attention on presence and delivery as on the songs themselves.
NPR published its "Cardi B: Tiny Desk Concert" feature on October 19, 2026. NPR Music also released the performance as a YouTube video under the same title, listed as premiering on Oct. 19. Viewers can watch the full set in order, from "Hello," "ErrTime" and "Man of Your Word" through "Be Careful," "Up," "AH HA" and "Bodak Yellow" to "I Like It."
For fans, this means a straight side-by-side listen. The new songs open the show. The older songs close it. Nothing else gets in the way.
