Cardi B Says She Wants Breast Refresh But Fears Surgery

Cardi B wants her breasts redone. She says she is scared to do it.

The rapper spoke on an X Spaces, the live audio feature on X, on Monday, Oct. 19, according to Billboard. “I want to get my titties done already,” she said. Then she added: “For some reason, I'm very scared of getting my boobs done.”

She said other cosmetic procedures do not frighten her in the same way. Breast surgery does. She has talked about getting the procedure for a long time, but said she still does not know if she will go ahead.

She does not want a different size. She described the idea as a refresh. She said she has had her current breasts for about 18 years and that they are sagging badly.

She spoke frankly about motherhood and body changes. “These kids done fucked my shits up. Bean bags,” she said of her breasts, as quoted by Complex. She also described a redo as “It's Not a Fun Surgery.” She is in no rush.

The chat came on the same day as another milestone. Cardi B made her debut on Monday, Oct. 19, on Tiny Desk Concert, the small-office performance series from NPR where artists play stripped-back sets.

She has discussed cosmetic procedures in public before. She had breast augmentation at age 18, later had butt injections that were then removed, and got porcelain veneers, according to People.

She also had cosmetic surgery after the birth of her daughter Kulture and cancelled shows because of complications, the BBC reported in 2019. Last year she wrote on Instagram: “I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny,” according to E! News.

That decision is still open.
