Park Min-young Set to Lead Korean Office Romance 'Nine to Six' on Prime Video

Park Min-young is set to lead Nine to Six, a 12-episode Korean office romance that Prime Video will release on November 25 in more than 240 countries and territories. Variety reported the casting on 21 October 2026.

Yook Sung-jae, a member of the K-pop group BtoB, co-stars. So does actor Go Soo. The story is set at Chronic Motors, a car company. Park plays Kang Yi-ji, a senior manager on the legal team. Yook plays Han Sun-woo, a legal intern who would rather be designing jewellery. Go plays Park Hyun-tae, an executive director in the company's Seoul office who has just returned from its European headquarters.

Behind the cameras, Choi Ji-oh wrote the series. Lee Hyung-min and Oh Song-hee direct it. Park is best known to international viewers for Marry My Husband, and her other credits include Siren's Kiss and Confidence Queen.

The project has been in the news since the spring. In March, Gugak Times reported that Park, Yook and Go had been confirmed for Nine to Six, a romance drama for the Korean broadcaster SBS. A Sports Chosun report from the same week named Studio S and Samhwa Networks as the production companies. In April, Prime Video Philippines' official Facebook page described Park and Yook as reportedly in talks for the lead roles.

The most recent reports are from 21 October. Chosun Biz describes the show as SBS's new Wednesday-Thursday drama, which means it fills a weekly slot in the broadcaster's schedule. The reports reviewed did not give a Korean air date, so that date is not yet confirmed here.

For viewers outside Korea, the key date is 25 November. On that day, the series arrives on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories, with all 12 episodes counted in the announced run. Anyone who follows Park, Yook or Go will know where to look. Everyone else gets a fresh office drama with a legal team, a jewellery-loving intern and a returning executive.

Korean dramas often travel quickly once they reach a global streamer, so the Prime Video date will be the one to watch for audience numbers. Prime Video has not released viewing figures for the series yet.
