Swimwear label Frankies Bikinis and Malibu loungewear brand Barefoot Dreams have released their first joint collection, a small range of soft, cosy clothes for staying in. The launch went live on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, according to WWD.

The collection is made from Barefoot Dreams' CozyChic and CozyChic Lite fabrics, plush knits that the brand uses across its own line. The range includes zip-up hoodies, sweaters with matching lounge pants, tanks with low-rise shorts, new ponchos, a hooded robe with a rose motif and a headscarf. Each piece comes in muted pearl, black, cotton candy pink or ocean mist blue.

Prices run from $60 to $220. The Fireside Hooded Robe, the most expensive piece, costs $220, according to InStyle.

For Frankies Bikinis, the project is a new direction. Francesca Aiello, the brand's founder and chief creative officer, has built her name on swimwear. This is her first foray into loungewear, the category of relaxed clothes worn at home.

Barefoot Dreams is owned by Stan Cook and was founded in Malibu, California. The company describes the partnership as a cosy collaboration that took years to develop, inspired by dreamy autumn days. In a separate post, the brand said the knits are meant to feel like a blanket while the shapes stay defined enough for everyday wear.

Shoppers can buy the collection through the e-commerce sites of both brands. It is also sold in Frankies Bikinis stores across the United States. A PR Newswire release said the launch was set for 9:00 a.m. Pacific time, which is 12 noon Eastern time, on the two brands' websites.

Both companies promoted the drop on Instagram ahead of the date. Frankies Bikinis posted a short video on October 14 announcing the release, and Barefoot Dreams shared photos from fittings in Malibu.

The deal is a clear example of two brands with different product lines sharing a customer base. Frankies Bikinis sells swimwear, and Barefoot Dreams sells loungewear and blankets. The partnership lets each brand offer something new to its existing buyers.
