Two Years On, JADE's 'Angel of My Dreams' Climbs After Victoria's Secret Show

JADE's debut solo single, 'Angel of My Dreams', saw a sharp jump in listening after it soundtracked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 18, 2026, according to Billboard. The song played as Kylie Jenner walked the runway in a $50 million Fantasy Bra. JADE did not perform at the show.

Billboard counts on-demand streams, which are plays a listener chooses directly rather than hears on the radio. On the day of the show, the song had 18,000 official U.S. on-demand streams. After Jenner hit the runway, it rose 1,434% to more than 284,000 official streams. On Oct. 21, it debuted on Spotify's U.S. Daily Top Songs chart at No. 197.

The surge was reported in a Billboard newsletter column by Kyle Denis, which also tracked Tate McRae. Her older single 'Sports Car' had 446,000 official U.S. on-demand streams on Oct. 18 and rose 36% to 607,000 on Oct. 19, according to Luminate, the data company that tracks music consumption for the U.S. charts. Her new single 'Housewife' rose 43% to more than 3.26 million daily streams after the show, up from 2.27 million on Oct. 18.

'Angel of My Dreams' was released on July 19, 2024, through RCA Records. It was JADE's first solo single, and she first found wide attention as a member of Little Mix. The song reached No. 7 on the UK Official Singles Chart in 2024, and it earned a nomination for Song of the Year at the 2025 BRIT Awards.

NYLON, in an article published this week, wrote that the song is finally finding its fans more than two years after its release. The runway moment put it in front of a new audience, many of whom would not have heard it on its first run. For a single from 2024, that is a long second chance, and the numbers show it arriving in the middle of a busy week for the track's chart position.

Streaming figures like these are shifting daily, and the Spotify ranking reflects one country's chart on one day. The Victoria's Secret show, and the attention around it, is what lifted the song's numbers this time.
