Ravyn Lenae's third studio album, Blue Island, has not entered any Billboard chart, according to Billboard's interview with Lenae, published on 21 October 2026. The album came out on 7 August through Atlantic Records. None of its four pre-release singles reached the Billboard Hot 100, the main US singles chart, which ranks songs using radio airplay, sales and streaming.

The album's chart record sits alongside a much bigger result for one of its songs. 'Love Me Not', co-written with Anderson .Paak, peaked at No. 5 on the Hot 100 and passed one billion official on-demand US streams. An on-demand stream is a play a listener chooses to start, counted by the official US measurement.

Lenae's earlier album, Bird's Eye, debuted at No. 139 on the Billboard 200, the weekly album chart. That was her first entry on that list.

Her profile grew fast after 'Love Me Not' took off in 2025. She played festival stages around the world, headlined her own tours, and opened for the arena runs of Sabrina Carpenter and Reneé Rapp. Her path to that point included a 2023 stint in SZA's band, which Billboard reported came after she ran into SZA at a studio while SZA was touring her EP Z.

Blue Island includes 'Babygirl', a track with Doechii. Lenae also has a 2026 BRIT Award nomination and an iHeart nomination for Best New Pop Artist, which she announced on Instagram in June.

Awards news came from her label this month. On 14 October, Atlantic Records said her album A Love Letter to Lena was on the first-round Grammy ballot for Best Jazz Vocal Album, Album of the Year and Record of the Year. The first round is the initial stage of voting, where Recording Academy members choose which entries move on toward nominations.

Touring has been on hold since late summer. In August, Pitchfork reported that Lenae had postponed her North American tour dates, which were set to start in September, for undisclosed reasons. Billboard reported the same week that the postponed run was tied to Blue Island.

For the crews, promoters and venues that plan a tour around a new album, a postponed run means dates to rebook and wages that wait. Fans who bought tickets are also waiting on the next date. The reasons for the postponement have not been given.
