Three Six Zero launches Entertainment & New Media division, led by Rebecca Dowell

Three Six Zero, the international management and entertainment company, has launched a new division called Entertainment & New Media. The company announced it on Wednesday, October 21, and Music Business Worldwide reported the launch. Rebecca Dowell will lead the division.

The division will focus on talent across entertainment and digital media. Dowell will look for digital creators, multi-hyphenate creatives (people who work across several disciplines, such as writing, performing and producing) and IP-based projects. IP is short for intellectual property, meaning the stories, characters and formats that can be developed into shows, books or films.

Dowell joined Three Six Zero in 2024. Before that she was Talent Director at YMU Group and Head of Talent at MOXIE, the talent arm of Studio71 UK. She also led the launch strategy for Beta Squad, a YouTube collective that began as a Studio71 project in 2019.

Her clients include Amelia Dimoldenberg, creator and host of Chicken Shop Date. The show won Indie Series at the Streamy Awards in 2021. In September, Dimoldenberg announced that it would end after 12 years. The final season premiered on Netflix and on her YouTube channel on October 2, and Netflix is also licensing past episodes. Dowell led the licensing deal that brought the show to Netflix.

Dowell also works with comedian Munya Chawawa, a British Comedy Award winner and BAFTA nominee who works as a comedian, actor and satirist. Her roster also includes creator, model and host Victor Kunda.

The division's reach also extends into print and audio. Polyester is a London-based intersectional feminist arts and culture zine, founded by Ione Gamble in 2014. Its podcast launched in 2019. Dowell will help turn The Polyester Podcast from an audio show into a video podcast. She will also represent Gamble and senior editor Gina Tonic, individually, across publishing, film and television.

The launch adds to the company's existing work. Three Six Zero launched a sports management division in May 2026, and the company operates across music, film and TV, and sports.

For the people making these shows, the new division means a new team to pitch ideas to and negotiate with. A video podcast, a streaming series and a YouTube collective each rely on a crew, an editor and an audience that keeps coming back each week. The division's first signings will show how it intends to build on that.
