Three Six Zero Launches New Entertainment and New Media Division Led by Rebecca Dowell

Three Six Zero, the international management company, is launching a new Entertainment and New Media division, and Rebecca Dowell will lead it. Deadline reported the launch on 21 October 2026.
A management company looks after performers and creators and pitches them for work. The new division will focus on three areas. The first is multi-hyphenate talent, meaning people who work across several roles, such as writing, performing and producing. The second is digital creators, whose audiences grow mainly on online platforms. The third is IP-led projects, meaning films or shows built on an existing brand, book or property.
Dowell brings her own client list. Deadline reports that she works with comedian Munya Chawawa, presenter Amelia Dimoldenberg and Victor Kunda. She also works with Polyester Zine, a feminist arts and culture title, which is expanding its Polyester Podcast from audio only into a vodcast, meaning a video version of a podcast. Its founder, Ione Gamble, and senior editor, Gina Tonic, are also Dowell's clients across publishing, film and television.
Three Six Zero's existing clients include Will Smith and Calvin Harris, according to the same report.
Dowell joined Three Six Zero from YMU, another talent agency, about two years before October 2026. Before YMU she worked at the boutique management company MOXIE and at Studio71UK. YMU signed Chawawa and hired Dowell as Talent Director in April 2021, when she came over from Studio71UK, according to Deadline's 2021 coverage.
Her move has been part of a wider shake-up in the agency world. In July 2024, Deadline reported that YMU agents left the company and took Chawawa and Dimoldenberg with them. By then Dowell was already representing both of them at Three Six Zero. Later that year, YMU hired Lauren Clark, a former manager of entrepreneur Steven Bartlett, as a director in its global entertainment division.
Chawawa's talent page on the Curtis Brown agency website now sends all unscripted and branding enquiries about him to Dowell at Three Six Zero. Unscripted means factual and reality-style programmes, rather than fully written drama or comedy.
For creators whose work spans a podcast, a book and a television pitch, the new division puts those areas under one roof.
