CBS Moves Cupertino Into Sunday Primetime With a New Episode on November 8

CBS is moving its legal drama Cupertino into the Sunday night schedule for one night, with a new episode in the 8 p.m. hour. Deadline reported the change on October 22, 2026.
The new episode, "Harper," will air on Sunday, November 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. That hour is normally taken by Marshals, which launches new episodes at the same time on Sundays. For that night, Marshals steps aside.
The rest of the evening is also filled with Cupertino. At 9 p.m., CBS will show an encore, meaning a repeat of an episode that has already aired. That encore is "Michael & Olivia," and it takes the slot that had been held by Tracker. At 10 p.m., a second encore, "Vik & Bo," runs in the late slot.
CBS's revised lineup for the night, as Deadline published it, runs like this: 60 Minutes at 7 p.m., then the three Cupertino episodes from 8 to 11 p.m. Two of the three are repeats. Only "Harper" is new to viewers.
The Thursday schedule is also changing. "Celeste" airs on Thursday, November 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, and "Yungwood" follows on Thursday, November 12 at the same time. Cupertino normally airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT, after Elsbeth on CBS.
For viewers who miss a broadcast, the show is also available on Paramount+, the streaming service that carries CBS programmes.
Cupertino was created and executive produced by Robert and Michelle King. CBS describes it as a legal drama about a small law firm that represents people taken advantage of by the tech elite in Silicon Valley.
For fans who like to plan a week around their favourite show, the change means two things. The Sunday schedule changes for one night only, and the new episode arrives a week before the next Thursday instalment. Anyone expecting Marshals at 8 p.m. on November 8 should check the listings for that night, because the timing has moved.
Scheduling shifts like this one are common on network television. A broadcaster can move a series to a new time, pair it with repeats, or place it on a different night to fill a gap or test a new audience. No ratings figures for the new episodes have been published yet.
