Prince William Appears on The Graham Norton Show in Earthshot Special

Prince William has appeared on The Graham Norton Show, according to The Guardian, and is the first royal to do so. His appearance was pre-recorded for a special edition of the show devoted to the Earthshot Prize, which is due to air on BBC One on Friday, October 23.
Cate Blanchett, Hannah Waddingham and Robert Irwin joined him on the sofa for the episode. Guests on the programme are usually there to promote work or projects, and the Earthshot edition centred on the prize itself.
The Earthshot Prize is an environmental awards scheme. William founded it in 2020 to recognise and reward ideas that help save the planet. When it was launched, the BBC reported that William and Sir David Attenborough were to be joined on an Earthshot Prize Council by figures from entertainment, sport and business.
The 2025 winners were announced in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and included a tropical forest restoration project and a global ocean treaty initiative, according to the BBC. This year's nominees were unveiled in September, when William said that efforts to find solutions to climate challenges need to accelerate, as reported by the BBC.
The prize's annual awards ceremony is due to take place in Mumbai, India, next month.
