Vanessa Trump has announced that she is cancer-free, months after she made her breast cancer diagnosis public. She shared the news in a video posted on October 23, 2026, to the Instagram account of her daughter Kai Trump. In the video, she said her recent test results "came back clear, so I'm finally cancer-free," according to the BBC.

The 48-year-old first announced her diagnosis in a May 20 Instagram post. In it, she said she had undergone surgery and was working on a treatment plan with her medical team. She has said she was first diagnosed in April.

On June 13, she shared an update saying she was recovering from surgery. In July, Kai Trump shared a health update on her mother, saying "My mom's doing good." Ivanka Trump publicly supported Vanessa Trump after the diagnosis was announced.

Vanessa Trump is the former wife of Donald Trump Jr., with whom she has five children. The couple separated in 2018. She and Kai Trump have also planned to release a longer YouTube video on breast cancer awareness and prevention.
