Prestige Takes Sales Rights to Teen Horror Fifteen (Quince) Ahead of AFM

Prestige International Pictures has acquired the sales rights to Fifteen (Quince) in every territory outside Latin America, Deadline reported on 29 October 2026. The deal means Prestige will sell the film to cinemas, streamers and TV channels around the world, before the American Film Market opens in November.
Sales rights are the permission to sell a finished film in each country. Here, Prestige will handle that selling everywhere except Latin America. Prestige president Carlos Rincon negotiated the deal with the film's producers, Jack and Yossy Zagha.
The film is a teen body-horror story. It follows a Mexican girl who plans a quinceañera, a traditional party for a girl's 15th birthday, with her best friend. Then she begins to transform into something monstrous. Jack and Yossy Zagha directed it, from a screenplay by Andrzej Rattinger and Ricardo Álvarez Canales.
Greta Martí leads the cast. She is joined by Macarena Oz, Aminta Ireta, Cloe Furlong and Mercedes Hernández.
The film premiered at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, where it played the Midnighters section, the festival's late-night slate for horror and genre films. Afterwards it screened at the Seattle, Fantaspoa and Neuchâtel festivals, according to Deadline.
It is a Mexican-Argentine co-production. The Zaghas produced it for Avanti Pictures, alongside Elsa Reyes, Valentín Javier Diment and Vanesa Pagani. Mexico's national film institute, IMCINE, supported the project through three funding programmes: FIDECINE, FOCINE and EFICINE.
The American Film Market runs from November 10 to 15, 2026, according to its website. It is a trade event where sales agents and distributors meet to buy, sell and develop films. Deals signed there often decide which titles reach cinemas and streaming services in the following year or two.
For Prestige, the timing is simple. The rights are secured before the market opens, so the company arrives with the film already on its list. For the Zaghas, the sale means a single company now handles the film's international sales outside Latin America. No buyers or release dates for specific territories have been announced.
