The Art of Elysium Adds a Marketing Chief and a New Creative Lead

Bill Harrison has joined The Art of Elysium, an arts nonprofit, as its chief marketing officer. Johnny Wujek, an Emmy-winning costume designer, celebrity stylist and creative director, has joined as vice president of a newly formed creative services and talent relations division. The appointments were reported in a Variety column published on 3 November 2026.
Harrison will oversee the organisation's marketing and communications, its brand positioning, and its corporate and cultural partnerships. He will also lead audience development and major organisational projects. He arrives from Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lysis, where he was a senior vice president. There he led client work for Disney Consumer Products, Amazon Music and the National Hispanic Media Coalition.
Earlier in his career, Harrison ran his own agency, Third Street Media Group. He was also chief executive of Fifteen Minutes Public Relations.
Wujek's role centres on creative expression. He will shape work across events, programmes, content and cultural initiatives. He walked the red carpet at the organisation's 2025 HEAVEN Gala, held at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, California.
The Art of Elysium is entering its 30th year. Its volunteer artists pair with fragile communities in Los Angeles, bringing programmes to hospitals, community centres, senior-care facilities, schools and homeless shelters. The work falls under four strands: fashion and design, film and theatre, music and movement, and visual arts. The organisation was founded by Jennifer Howell.
The two appointments put marketing and creative programming under new leadership at the same time. For the people who take part in the programmes, that means the artists who visit their hospital wards, classrooms and shelters will have a new team planning how their work is shared and funded.
