Tottenham's Away Shirt Gets a Yinka Ilori Makeover

Tottenham Hotspur fans now have a new away shirt, and it carries the work of the London designer Yinka Ilori. Ilori worked with Nike on a customised version of the club's bright away strip for the 2026/27 season, the second kit players wear when they travel to other grounds.
The club announced the collaboration on 3 November 2026, calling him Yinka Ilori MBE in its official news post. Ilori has added a graphic to both the front and back of the shirt.
On the front, a circular motif combines the letters THFC with LDN17, a name that points to the club's north London home. It sits where the sponsor's logo normally goes, the badge of the company that pays to appear on the shirt. The lettering is bright orange on a white background.
The back is built around the letters COYS, short for Come On You Spurs, the chant fans have sung for years. Two phrases sit alongside it: "I know I am, I'm sure I am" and "We are Tottenham wherever we go." Every word on the shirt uses a custom typeface that British Standard Type designed for Ilori in 2024.
Ilori grew up in north London, close to the stadium. He said the project celebrates belonging and the power of football to bring people together. Tottenham's shop already sells the product under the name Spurs Nike X Yinka Ilori Away Shirt 2026/27.
The club's social media posts use the line "Wherever we go, Tottenham goes with us." In a video post, the club says the design draws on the people, places and cultures that make Tottenham special. It has also released behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot day, shared on its Threads account.
For supporters, the shirt puts local language on the chest and back, from the club's own chant to a phrase about belonging. It is available to buy now from the club's online shop, where fans can see the front and back designs for themselves.
