Jack Harlow Announces Seven-Song EP "Sweet Action II," Out November 6

Jack Harlow announced on November 2 that a new EP, Sweet Action II, will be released on November 6. An EP, short for extended play, is a release shorter than a full album. This one has seven songs.
The project is a sequel to Sweet Action, the EP Harlow put out in 2020. The new release opens with a track called "Signora." It also features "Too Soon," a collaboration with Babyface, the singer, songwriter and producer. The rest of the tracklist includes "She Gets Me," "610 Magnolia," "Hold Back," "Pressure" and "Move On," according to Billboard.
Harlow shared the full tracklist when he made the announcement, as iHeartRadio's Power 105.1 reported. Fans who want to hear the songs in order will not have to wait for a separate listing.
The EP arrives a little more than seven months after Harlow's fourth studio album, Monica, came out in March. That release landed on his 28th birthday. A studio album is a full-length record made in a studio, and it is usually the main body of an artist's work for a period. An EP like Sweet Action II sits between singles and a full album, letting an artist release new music on a shorter timetable.
Harlow is a Kentucky native. The announcement did not give a figure for sales expectations, and no chart debut has been confirmed. Those numbers usually come later, once a release has been counted by a chart such as the Billboard 200, the US album chart, which tallies the week's sales, streams and radio plays.
For listeners, the practical detail is the date. Sweet Action II is out on November 6, and the seven songs are already named, so anyone who wants to start with "Signora" can do so that Friday.
