Xbox has built a working Xbox Series X that looks like it has just been swallowed by an alligator. The creation, called the Xbox Series X-BITE, is the only one that exists, and it is the prize in a new sweepstakes.

Xbox announced the console on 3 November 2026 in a post on its news site. The alligator measures more than five feet from snout to tail. Inside its body, a functioning Xbox Series X can be seen through an illuminated Xbox Nexus, the glowing window in the design.

A custom Xbox Wireless Controller, marked with bite marks, rests between the creature's jaws. John Nolan Studio built the model through 3D modelling, sculpting and fabrication. Xbox says no real alligators were used or harmed.

The Xbox Series X-BITE Sweepstakes opens at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on 3 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 10 November 2026. Entrants must follow the @Xbox account, repost the designated sweepstakes post, and add the hashtag #XbiteSweepstakes. The account must be public.

Entry is open only to legal residents of the 50 US states and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. No purchase is necessary. A potential winner has 48 hours to claim the prize after being contacted.

The giveaway is tied to the launch of Grand Theft Auto 6, according to Polygon and IGN, which both reported the link on the same day as Xbox's announcement.

For anyone who wants to enter, the window is one week. The rules are short, and the main requirements are the follow, the repost and the hashtag.
