Lisa He has posted a video seeking help for her mother's struggling Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh, which is called China Star.
The restaurant is on West Maitland Street, in the West End district of the Scottish capital, according to Edinburgh News.
The video went viral on social media in April, according to the same report. Its reach pulled the restaurant's struggles into public view, and it drew responses from people far beyond the neighbourhood.
Among the responses, viewers offered practical suggestions. They advised the restaurant to slim down its menu and to update its ordering system, according to the South China Morning Post.
