Cardi B Names Son Grey M.D. and Shows His Face for the First Time

Cardi B has revealed that her son with Stefon Diggs is named Grey M.D. In an Instagram post on 4 November, she showed his face for the first time and marked his first birthday, Billboard reported.

Grey is Cardi B's fourth child and her first with Diggs, the football player she began dating in spring 2025. The couple made their relationship public in June 2025, when both began posting about each other on Instagram. Cardi B already shares two daughters, Kulture and Blossom, and a son, Wave, with her estranged husband, the rapper Offset.

She announced Grey's birth on 13 November 2025. Soon after, fans began searching for his name. Both Cardi B and Diggs had worn jewellery spelling out "Grey," which led many people to guess it. Diggs made his first public comments about the birth later that month, without giving his son's full name.

Another name also circulated online. Cardi B addressed a rumour that her son was called Liem, and she said he is not. Liem is the name of Diggs' fashion brand, according to Revolt.

Cardi B has shared only a few glimpses of her children over the past year. Dressing her newborn in a Thanksgiving outfit that paid tribute to his father was one of the earlier looks she posted, in November 2025. This latest post is the first time she has shown Grey's face to the public.

For many fans, the post answered the question of what the boy is called and what he looks like. It also offered a short, cheerful update on a family that has been in the public eye since the start of Cardi B's relationship with Diggs.
