Harriet Phillips Poses for Her First Photoshoot, Released by HELLO! Magazine

Harriet Phillips, the wife of Peter Phillips, has posed for her first-ever photoshoot, and HELLO! magazine published the pictures and interview as a world exclusive on 5 November 2026.
Harriet is 46. She is a former NHS specialist nurse and spent 24 years working in the National Health Service, the publicly funded health service in England. She grew up in South Cerney, a village in Gloucestershire.
She married Peter Phillips in June 2026 in a wedding in the Cotswolds, the area of rolling hills and stone villages across Gloucestershire and neighbouring counties. Peter is 48. He is the son of Princess Anne, the Princess Royal, a title the monarch can grant to a king's daughter, and he is a nephew of King Charles. That makes Harriet the daughter-in-law of Princess Anne.
The photoshoot took place in the grounds of Calcot Manor & Spa in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. Her black Labrador, Snipey, joined her for the pictures. The magazine's cover carries her image, according to a Yahoo report on the issue.
The interview was conducted by Jessica Callan, the editor of HELLO!. In it, Harriet describes Peter as her best friend. People magazine reported that this was her first interview, given five months after the wedding.
HELLO! has also donated a fee to Home-Start Cotswolds, a charity that supports families with young children, the Yahoo report said. The magazine has not, in the reporting available to us, set out the amount.
For readers who follow the royal family, the announcement is a reminder that many family members lead lives outside official duties. For everyone else, it is a short, personal account from a woman who was a nurse for most of her working life and is now stepping into a much more public role.
