Cage the Elephant Sets February 2027 Release for New Album Dying in Reverse

Cage the Elephant will release its new album, Dying in Reverse, on 5 February 2027. Rolling Stone reported the date on 5 November 2026, along with the album's lead single, "Make It Easy."
The album is the follow-up to Neon Pill, which came out in 2024. It has 12 tracks, including "Make It Easy," "Beaches In Tennessee" and the title song. The band had already shared "Dying in Reverse" and "Beaches In Tennessee" before the announcement. Justin Raisen and SADPONY produced the record. A producer is the person who guides the sound of the songs in the studio, from arrangement to final mix.
"Make It Easy" was performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the weeknight talk show that airs on ABC. The performance runs just under four minutes, according to ABC's listing.
The band's first live date for the album is a high-profile one. Cage the Elephant will headline the halftime show at the NFL Munich Game on 15 November 2026, when the New England Patriots play the Detroit Lions in Germany. The halftime show is the entertainment break in the middle of the game, usually held on a stage set up on the field.
The tour in support of the album starts in Berlin on 8 February 2027, three days after the album's release. Dates beyond the opener have not been detailed in the announcement.
Fans who want the record in advance can pre-order it on the band's official website, on vinyl or CD. Pre-ordering means paying before release so the copy ships on or near the release date. The band's online store also lists a signed "Dying In Reverse Exclusive Smokeshow LP," available to pre-order. The website also has listen and watch links for "Make It Easy," "Dying In Reverse" and "Beaches In Tennessee."
For anyone keeping track, the calendar now runs from a stadium stage in Munich in mid-November to a club tour opener in Berlin in February, with the album arriving in between.
