Star's Revenge Sets 27 November Date for Second Album, Star's Revenge II

Star's Revenge has announced a second album, Star's Revenge II, due for release on 27 November, according to Rolling Stone.
The band was founded in 2023 by Emily Green and Olive Faber, who met at a show during the South by Southwest festival. Green is the lead guitarist of Geese, and Faber is a member of Sunflower Bean. The pair released a self-titled debut album in 2024, and the new record is the follow-up to it.
Star's Revenge II has 11 tracks. They were recorded at Christian Billard's home studio on Long Island, New York. A home studio is a recording space set up inside a musician's house rather than in a commercial studio. Billard plays drums in the band, and Jonny Ceballos plays bass.
The album's first single is "Don't Worry Dynamite". A single is the track a band releases ahead of an album to introduce it to listeners, and it is often the first song people hear from a new record.
The band has also booked a residency at Hart Bar in Bushwick, Brooklyn, from 28 to 31 December. A residency is a run of concerts at the same venue over several nights, so the same band plays the same room more than once. The shows fall in the final days of the year, a few weeks after the album is due out.
For fans, the schedule is simple to follow. The album arrives on 27 November, and the shows at Hart Bar follow at the end of December. Anyone planning to attend should check the venue's listings for ticket prices and sale details, which were not part of the announcement.
