The British production company behind Prime Video's drama The Assassin is filling its slate with new television projects, from a Channel 4 thriller to a Ray Winstone action comedy already in production. Deadline reported the expansion on 6 November 2026.

The company, Two Brothers Pictures, is an independent producer. It makes shows for UK broadcasters and streamers, and its past titles include The Missing, Baptiste, The Tourist, Liar and Angela Black. It was founded in 2014 by brothers Harry and Jack Williams, who spent years as comedy writers before starting the company. Sarah Hammond is its Chief Creative Officer and Michael Latif is its chief operating officer.

The most advanced project is Danger Money, an action comedy for Prime Video starring Ray Winstone. Production has started, which means cameras are rolling. Season 2 of The Assassin, a six-part series, is also a Two Brothers production, with the Williams brothers as executive producers.

Two projects are further along the pipeline. Nightswimming, an ITV drama, has been greenlit, meaning the broadcaster has approved it to be made. Maya, a Channel 4 thriller starring Daisy Haggard and Bella Ramsey, is set to air on the channel in early 2027. Haggard is also making her directing debut, co-directing the series.

Other projects are still in development. That means writers are working on scripts, and no broadcaster has yet committed to a full run of episodes. The company is developing Code Zero, a cop show from writer James Hall. It is also working on a new version of Tenko, the women's drama about a prisoner-of-war camp in the Second World War. The original ran for three seasons and a special from 1981 on the BBC and, in Australia, on ABC. Lavinia Warner, who created the first version, is working on the new take with the company, and Anna Symon is attached to write it. Attached means the writer has agreed to work on the project.

The slate also includes a series based on the 2011 romantic comedy Chalet Girl, which starred Felicity Jones and Ed Westwick. Tessa Coates is attached to write it. A TV version of Atomfall, the British video game, is in development with Rebellion, an independent studio run by siblings Chris and Jason Kingsley. Harry and Jack Williams are writing that adaptation, which was first reported in April 2026.

Another project, working title Jack Green, comes from Simon Nye, the writer behind Men Behaving Badly. Jack Davenport plays a disgraced celebrity vet who has to start again. The Williams brothers are also writing their first feature film.

For viewers, the list is a map of what may reach their screens over the next few years. Most of it is still at the early stage, and a project in development can stall or change shape before it is shot. The projects that are moving, Danger Money, Nightswimming and Maya, are the ones with a clear route to air.
