Queens of the Stone Age's ninth studio album, Perfecth, has reached No. 1 on the UK Official Albums Chart in the chart dated Friday, 6 November 2026, Billboard reported.

It is the band's second album to top the UK chart. The first was Villains, released in 2017, which also reached the top spot.

The Official Albums Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company and published every Friday. It ranks the albums that sold the most copies in the UK that week. Downloads count, and so do streams, converted into album sales. The No. 1 album is the one that sold the most in that seven-day tracking period.

The album's theme has a Japanese source. Perfecth is inspired by kintsugi, the art of mending broken pottery with lacquer mixed with powdered gold, so the cracks are shown rather than hidden. The Official Charts Company says the album explores the beauty that can come out of imperfection.

That idea sits neatly with the way the album reached the top. A chart position is a count of how many people chose to buy or stream a record in a single week. Each of those choices was made by someone, whether they picked up a physical copy in a shop or pressed play on a phone.

The chart also shows how the album's sales are spread across formats. Vinyl, CDs, downloads and streams all feed into the total, so a No. 1 can come from very different kinds of listeners in one week.

The Official Charts Company publishes its next rundown on Friday, 13 November 2026.
