Nick Cave Takes Conversations Tour to North America in 2027
Nick Cave is bringing his on-stage talk-and-song evening to North America, with shows running from 9 April to 21 May 2027. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. local time on Friday 13 November.
Rolling Stone reported the tour, titled Conversations With Nick Cave: An Evening of Talk and Music. Cave answers questions from the audience, then performs songs accompanied only by his own piano. The format has a history. His first "Conversations With..." tour took place in 2018.
The tour begins on 9 April at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia. It ends on 21 May at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans, Louisiana. In between, it includes two shows each in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, Boston and Brooklyn.
Cave's official website has published a news item titled "Conversations With Nick Cave – North America 2027," and it lists the first dates of the run. Nick Cave's website shows a performance on 12 April at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland, Oregon. It then lists two nights at The 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle, on 13 and 14 April, followed by two nights at the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco, on 16 and 17 April.
The website also offers registration for presale tickets. A presale is an early window that opens before the general sale, and it is usually reserved for people who sign up in advance. Those who want a seat at a particular city should check the official site for the presale timing and terms.
Cave has taken this kind of evening to audiences before. Ahead of his earlier tours of this format, he announced sets of shows in Europe and the UK, and in Australia and New Zealand, each with its own on-sale dates. For the North American run, the key date is the general sale on 13 November, when the rest of the seats in each city go on sale.
For fans, the next step is simple. Register for presale if you want early access, and mark 13 November for the general sale. Ticket prices and venue details for each city are the next things to check on the official website as the on-sale date approaches.
