Karol G Announces New Album 'No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto' During Toronto Concert

Karol G announced a new album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto, during her concert at Rogers Stadium in Toronto on July 29 — becoming the first female solo artist to headline the venue in the process.
Billboard, which confirmed the release date with Karol G's representatives, reports the album is scheduled to arrive on August 7 at 12am ET. The Colombian singer shared the official cover artwork on the stadium screens during the show.
The announcement came on the second night of her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour, produced by Live Nation. The tour opened on July 24 at Soldier Field in Chicago, where she released the single "Matadora." Becky G, Greeicy, and Elena Rose join on select dates.
No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto is the follow-up to Tropicoqueta, her 2025 album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart and No. 3 on the Billboard 200, the magazine's flagship album ranking that blends physical sales, digital sales, and streaming activity into a single weekly tally.
Karol G has not yet disclosed a tracklist or further production details for the new record. The album announcement itself was the reveal — a cover on a stadium screen, a release date, and eight days for fans to wait.
For a touring artist mid-route, timing matters. Dropping an album while still on the road means the songs reach audiences live almost immediately, rather than through a separate promotional cycle weeks or months later. The Chicago single "Matadora" already offered a taste of that approach, premiering on opening night rather than through a conventional digital release.
The tour continues across North America. The album lands August 7.
