Stassi Schroeder says she felt like Julius Caesar during the final episode of her reality series House of Stassi — and she cast her closest friend as Brutus.

The eighth and final episode of the debut season, titled "Queen Mary's Revenge," stages its climactic dinner aboard the historic Queen Mary ship in Long Beach, California. There, Katie Maloney — Schroeder's longtime friend and former Vanderpump Rules castmate — confronted Schroeder over how she had been treating her husband, Beau Clark. Maloney conceived the intervention plan herself, according to Variety.

For Schroeder, the moment carried ancient weight. She told Variety she felt like Julius Caesar during the intervention and described Maloney as Brutus — the friend who betrays him. The comparison lands with particular force given that Schroeder and Maloney have been close for years, stretching back to their shared time on Bravo's Vanderpump Rules.

The confrontation did not end with a clean resolution. Schroeder said she and Maloney still have work to do to fully mend their relationship after the dinner.

House of Stassi premiered on 29 July 2026 on Freeform, with episodes streaming the next day on Hulu and Disney+. The series was announced in April at Freeform's "Get Real" unscripted television event for a summer 2026 debut, as reported by Deadline. Schroeder stars and serves as executive producer on the docuseries, which follows her life as a wife, mother and podcaster, according to ABC News.

Schroeder has described the show as sitting somewhere between Vanderpump Rules and The Kardashians — less table-flipping reality drama, more structured documentation of a life being lived at a particular moment. The Caesar metaphor suggests the balance is not always serene.
