Ella Langley is putting her album into a bottle. The country artist has teamed up with Shiner — the Texas-based beer brand brewed in Shiner, Texas — to launch Dandelion Honey Kölsch, a limited-edition beer inspired by her sophomore album Dandelion, released in April (Billboard).

The Kölsch-style beer is brewed with dandelion honey and carries sweet floral notes, matching the album's title track, which served as the beer's primary inspiration (Yahoo Entertainment). The bottle label echoes the album artwork, featuring honey tones and emblazoned dandelions (Billboard).

Shiner first teased the collaboration on July 27, 2026, on its official Instagram account, where it also previewed an Ella Langley memorabilia collection tied to the release (Instagram).

The beer gets its launch party on August 13, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Otto's Ice House at Pearl in San Antonio, where Langley's biggest hits will be played throughout the evening (AOL; San Antonio Express-News via Facebook).

Dandelion has been a commercial force since its April release. The album's single "Choosin' Texas" sat at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 — the weekly US singles chart that ranks the country's most consumed songs across sales, streaming and radio — for 16 weeks. The album itself has held a spot in the top 5 of the all-genre Billboard 200, which ranks the highest-consuming albums in the United States each week by combining traditional sales with streaming equivalent album units, the measure that converts plays into album sales (Billboard).

The album also features the tracks "Be Her" and "Butterfly Season," the latter a collaboration with Miranda Lambert. Langley co-executive produced Dandelion with Lambert and Ben West (Billboard).

The beer is not Langley's first foray into branding around the album. She previously partnered with NOYZ on a fragrance called "Be Her By Ella Langley," infused with notes of violet and peony (Billboard).

For fans in Texas on August 13, the Otto's Ice House event pairs a new beer with the soundtrack that built it. For everyone else, the Kölsch and its accompanying memorabilia collection extend Dandelion beyond the speakers and into the glass.
