Netflix is converting its Emmy push for Beef into a week of free wellness experiences across Los Angeles, timed to land just before final Emmy voting opens.

The events run from 10 to 14 August 2026 under the banner "Beef — Release Your Rage. Feel Your Calm," a nod to the series' themes of simmering anger and hard-won peace. All offerings are free and first-come, first-served while supplies last, with reservations available at series.netflixawards.com/beef-release-your-rage (Variety).

The timing is no accident. Final Emmy voting begins Monday, 17 August — three days after the wellness week closes. The events fall within the broader FYC season, the window when studios campaign for voters' attention, and are part of Netflix's citywide FYSEE LA 2026 festival, which offers behind-the-scenes access to the platform's Emmy contenders (Netflix Tudum).

Each day brings a different venue and a different offering. On Monday, 10 August, Pause — a massage studio — provides free 15-minute robot massages at its Studio City, Brentwood, and West Hollywood locations from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Tuesday, Heyday, a facial bar, adds a complimentary Gua Sha treatment (a traditional Chinese scraping massage for the face) to any booking at its Beverly and Silver Lake shops.

Wednesday shifts to Sunlife Organics, where a limited-edition "Yogi" smoothie is available free at the Century City, Calabasas, and West Hollywood outlets. Thursday brings a berry blood orange matcha to Stagger Coffee in Koreatown. The week closes Friday, 14 August, with sound bath sessions led by The Den Meditation at The London hotel in West Hollywood — a fitting wind-down before voters cast their ballots (Variety).

The series leads all limited and anthology series at this year's Emmys with 16 nominations, including outstanding limited or anthology series.
