Bozoma Saint John has signed with CAA for representation, the agency confirmed on 10 August 2026, adding one of the most recognised marketing executives in entertainment to its roster. Variety

The deal brings a talent agency into a career that has already moved through some of the biggest names in technology and media. Saint John started out at Spike Lee's creative agency SpikeDDB, then became head of music and entertainment marketing at PepsiCo. From there she went to Apple as head of global consumer marketing for Apple Music and iTunes, spent a year as Uber's chief brand officer — a role she described as being a "change agent" when she took it on in 2017 (Variety, 2017) — and then moved to Endeavor, parent company of the talent agency WME, as chief marketing officer (The Hollywood Reporter).

Her highest-profile corporate post came at Netflix, where she served as chief marketing officer from 2020 to 2022 and became the streaming giant's first-ever Black C-suite executive. She has been self-employed since leaving Netflix that year.

Saint John has kept building since going independent. In 2023 she published a memoir, The Urgent Life, through Penguin Random House. The following year she launched a hair care brand, Eve by Boz. In 2025 she joined NBC's marketing competition series On Brand With Jimmy Fallon as co-host and mentor, playing the chief marketing officer of the show's fictional On Brand Agency (Variety, 2025). The series earned an NAACP Image Award nomination in its first season, announced in January 2026.

She has also become a television personality in her own right, joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during Season 14 and appearing on Watch What Happens Live with castmates in January 2026.

Her honours list is long. She was inducted into the American Marketing Association Hall of Fame and the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement, named one of Billboard's Most Powerful Women in Music for 10 consecutive years, and inducted into Billboard's Women in Music Hall of Fame. Harvard Business School built a multimedia case study around her, titled Leading With Authenticity and Urgency, and she developed and taught a class at Harvard called The Anatomy of a Badass. She later turned the concept into a public online course, The Badass Workshop, which she toured across the US, Canada, Africa and Europe.

Saint John serves on the boards of Soho House and Vital Voices. She continues to be represented by the law firm Del Shaw Moonves Tanaka Finkelstein & Lezcano and by publicists Anita Chatterjee and Carrie Bernstein at A-Game Public Relations, alongside CAA.
