Legends Global Names Aimee Carroll President of Merchandise

Legends Global, a venue management and live events company, has named Aimee Carroll president of merchandise, the company announced on 17 August 2026. Carroll will oversee the company's global retail and merchandising platform — covering e-commerce, in-venue retail, live events, physical retail, licensing and branding across sports and entertainment. Carroll arrives from a career spent bridging fashion and digital commerce. She spent six years at Amazon, where she helped build Amazon Fashion, before serving as chief digital officer of Welspun Global Brands and chief revenue officer of Lucky Brand. She then became president of Catalyst Brands — formerly SPARC Group, the retail operator behind labels including Nautica and Brooks Brothers — holding that role until the end of last year. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Diesel USA, Michael Kors Collection and Kenneth Cole. WWD
Carroll also confirmed the move on her LinkedIn account, writing that she had joined Legends Global as president of merchandise. SportsBusiness Journal reported the hire the same day.
Brett Parker, president and chief financial officer of Legends Global, oversees the broader business. The company's sales arm, Legends Global Sales, is run by president Mike Ondrejko, who built the division around NFL stadium projects before expanding into college sports, international football and corporate hospitality. Under Ondrejko, the sales team has partnered with brands to deliver more than USD 15 billion in revenue streams financing stadium and arena projects globally, including Levi's Stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Allegiant Stadium and Highmark Stadium. Legends Global
For a company whose revenue engine has been premium-seat sales, sponsorship and hospitality at major venues, bringing in a fashion-trained merchandising executive points to a broader bet on retail as a standalone revenue stream — the kind of T-shirt, cap and souvenir programme business that can run through a stadium concourse, a team's online store and a pop-up at a live event. Carroll's background in licensing, branding and e-commerce across fashion houses and Amazon maps closely onto that pipeline.
Legends Global's international footprint adds further scope. The company has worked on stadium and arena projects with FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Aston Villa FC and Valencia, and its corporate hospitality division has delivered packages for the US Open in golf and tennis, the Kentucky Derby and Formula One. Carroll's remit covers merchandising across all of it.
Neither Legends Global nor Carroll has publicly disclosed revenue targets for the merchandise division. The appointment is effective immediately.
