Chris Pratt Is Back: Prime Video Drops First Trailer for The Terminal List Season 2

Prime Video has released the first trailer for The Terminal List season 2, with Chris Pratt returning as James Reece — a former Navy SEAL pulled back into action four years after the show's first season premiered (The Hollywood Reporter).

The trailer lays out the new mission. Reece is offered a full pardon and his life back on one condition: help the U.S. government track down a former Iraqi commando. The trail leads to a traitorous CIA officer and an assassination scheme that Reece has to unravel. It is the kind of deal a character only accepts when every other door is closed.

Season 2 adapts True Believer, the second novel in Jack Carr's five-book series built around Reece. For viewers who followed season 1, that means the show is sticking close to its source material — moving through Carr's novels in order rather than inventing new storylines from scratch.

Gabriel Luna joins the cast as Freddy Strain, a former SEAL team member. The returning ensemble is large: Tom Hopper, Constance Wu, Dar Salim, Luke Hemsworth, Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo and Shiraz Tzarfati all reprise their roles.
