Phoebe Bridgers Scores First Australian No. 1 Album as KATSEYE Tops Singles Chart
Phoebe Bridgers has landed her first No. 1 album in Australia, with 'Lost Weekend' debuting at the top of the ARIA Albums Chart on the chart published Friday, 21 August 2026. The album, released on 14 August, is Bridgers' first in six years and clears her previous Australian chart peaks — No. 12 for 'Punisher' (2020) and No. 3 for 'The Record' (2023), her collaborative album with Boygenius — according to Billboard.
Bridgers had already been on course for her first solo UK No. 1 album with the same release, per the Official Charts Company's midweek update on 17 August. The album's lead single, 'Lost Boys', previously reached No. 1 on Genius's lyric-chart platform in July.

Marilyn Manson's 13th studio album, 'One Assassination Under God – Chapter 2', debuted at No. 13. Phil Jamieson's second solo album '10Charlie' entered at No. 18. Grace Cummings' 'Bloodhorse!' arrived at No. 23 — her first ARIA chart appearance — while King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard's 'Alien Metal' came in at No. 26.
Further down, the Hard-Ons' collaboration with Jerry A debuted at No. 35, the Script's 'The User's Guide to Being Human' entered at No. 42, and Sunday Lemonade's 'The Forest To The Sea' landed at No. 43. Ella Langley's 'Choosin' Texas' also placed in the ARIA Top 50 during the same chart week, per ARIA's official social media post.
