Thelma & Louise Musical World Premiere Lands at Young Vic with Amy Lennox and Rachel Tucker
A world-premiere stage musical of Thelma & Louise begins performances at the Young Vic Theatre on 3 September 2026, with press night set for 16 September and the run scheduled through to 24 October. Callie Khouri, who won an Academy Award for the original 1991 screenplay, has adapted her own script for the stage. The score comes from Neko Case, the American singer-songwriter known for her solo career and her work with indie folk collective The New Pornographers.
