Ryan Beuschel Promoted to Co-Head of The Neal Agency

Ryan Beuschel has been promoted to co-head of The Neal Agency (TNA), joining founder and CEO Austin Neal and Adi Sharma in the top leadership of the Nashville-based talent and publishing agency, Billboard reported on 24 August 2026.

Beuschel has served as the agency's general manager since joining TNA three years ago. His earlier title was head of business development — he came aboard in June 2023 with more than 20 years of industry experience, according to MusicRow. Before TNA, he was vice president of A&R at Warner Chappell Music, the publishing arm of Warner Music Group. His résumé also includes a stint as an A&R manager at Universal Music Group and a role as associate director of membership at ASCAP, the US performance-rights organisation. A Michigan native, Beuschel will now co-lead office operations and oversee touring, film and television opportunities, and branding deals, while continuing to run the agency's publishing and artist development divisions.

The Neal Agency itself is only four years old. Austin Neal founded it as a booking agency with a roster that included Morgan Wallen and Chase Rice, The Neal Agency's website notes. Since then, TNA has grown to 30 clients — a list that now spans names like Riley Green, Ella Langley, and Bailey Zimmerman — and has expanded beyond booking into a music publishing division and a record label, Cervidae Recordings. The agency has also struck a strategic alliance with WIN Artists, aimed at opening up television, film, and brand partnership opportunities for its clients.

The three leaders — Neal, Sharma, and Beuschel — were named to Billboard's 2026 Country Power Players list in June, as confirmed on Instagram.

For a four-year-old shop to go from a booking desk to a company with its own label and publishing arm is a fast build by any measure. The promotion of a general manager into a co-head role, rather than bringing in an outside hire, signals that TNA's leadership wants the people who built the day-to-day operation to steer its next phase.
