Twelve drag queens will compete across ten episodes when Drag Race Philippines returns for its fourth season, with the cast officially unveiled on 27 August 2026 by Deadline. The season streams on WOW Presents Plus, the platform that has carried the show since its first outing. Paolo Ballesteros is back as host, with KaladKaren seated as resident judge — the same on-screen team viewers have watched since the franchise's Philippine debut.

Rajo Laurel, BJ Pascual, and Jon Santos return as rotating judges, each weighing in across different episodes rather than appearing together every week. The production is a joint effort: Fullhouse Asia Production Studios handles it in the Philippines, in conjunction with World of Wonder Productions. Andy Crocker represents Caloocan, Bhorj Gum hails from Bacolod City, and Bombalicious Eklaver travels from Baltimore — the one contestant based outside the archipelago. Dixxxy Decoy is from Davao City, Ghulli Ghush from Cavite, Katana from Isabela, and Manza from Davao de Oro. Maureen Biology comes from Baguio City, Merckz from Mandaluyong, Misua from Cagayan de Oro, Taylor Sheesh from Antipolo in Rizal province, and Valeria from Metro Manila.

Two names in the lineup carry stories that fans will already recognise. Taylor Sheesh, from Antipolo, has built a following as the country's premier Taylor Swift impersonator, including a live show called "The Errors Tour" — a play on Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour. Valeria, a Filipina trans woman and veteran performer based in Metro Manila, was part of the cast of Warla, an all-trans-woman drag feature.

WOW Presents Plus lists a 1 November premiere date on its "Meet the Queens" page, though the platform has not dated that page and Deadline's cast reveal did not confirm the premiere. The platform's own show page promises a season that is "bigger, bolder, and fiercer than ever" — promotional language the streamer uses, not a measured claim.
