The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th pulled in 2.5 million total viewers across platforms in its first week, a 112% jump on the previous season's premiere, according to Deadline's exclusive report on the Nielsen and NBCUniversal numbers.

The fifth season of the Ultimate Girls Trip spin-off, which premiered Sunday, 9 August at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, also set records on Peacock. The premiere was up 110% on the streaming service, achieving a streaming series high for the Ultimate Girls Trip franchise. On Bravo's linear channel, the Nielsen-measured audience was up 97%.

For context, "across platforms" means the combined audience watching on Bravo's cable channel and on Peacock, NBCUniversal's streaming service, where episodes land the day after their Bravo airing. The 2.5 million figure covers that full first-week footprint.

The show also ranked as Bravo's No. 6 biggest season premiere in Peacock history after seven days of viewing, meaning once a full week of catch-up streaming was counted. On social media, the premiere tallied 97 million impressions to date, per NBCUniversal.

The season was built as a celebration. It marks 20 years of the Real Housewives franchise — the original, The Real Housewives of Orange County, debuted in 2006 — and the cast travels to iconic franchise locations, starting in Orange County and visiting Beverly Hills, Atlanta, Miami and New York City.

Seven Housewives anchor the core cast: Teresa Giudice, Luann de Lesseps, Kyle Richards, Vicki Gunvalson, Gizelle Bryant, Porsha Williams and Lisa Barlow. In total, the nine-episode special features 82 Housewives across its run.

The ratings momentum extends across the broader Real Housewives universe. The Real Housewives of Orange County returned for its 20th season on Thursday, 9 July, debuting to 2.4 million total viewers across platforms, a 15% increase season over season. The Real Housewives of Atlanta, through 13 episodes, is averaging 2.6 million total viewers across platforms after 35 days — up 5% overall and up 22% on Peacock specifically.

What stands out here is the scale of the lift. A 112% increase on a previous season premiere is not a gentle uptick. It is more than double, and it comes from a franchise that has been on the air for two decades, in a streaming landscape where audiences have more choices than ever. The 110% jump on Peacock, setting a franchise streaming record, signals that viewers are not just tuning in on cable — they are actively seeking the show out on the platform.

Produced by Shed Media, the series has Lisa Shannon, Dan Peirson, Darren Ward and Barrie Bernstein as executive producers, with Andy Cohen also serving in that role. New episodes air Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with next-day streaming on Peacock. The show is also available on Sling and Hulu + Live TV.
