Lollapalooza India 2027: Olivia Dean, Limp Bizkit, KATSEYE and Fontaines D.C. to Headline Fifth Edition in Mumbai
Lollapalooza India returns to Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Race Course on 23–24 January 2027, with Olivia Dean, Limp Bizkit, KATSEYE and Fontaines D.C. as headliners — all four making their first-ever appearances in the country. The lineup was announced on the morning of 3 September, according to Billboard. Tickets went on sale the day before, per the Economic Times.
The fifth edition spans four stages and an eight-hour daily run starting at 2:00 PM, covering EDM, hip hop, pop and rock, as listed on ticketing partner BookMyShow's event page. The venue is the same Mahalaxmi Race Course that hosted the 2026 edition, which featured Linkin Park, Playboi Carti, Yungblud, Kehlani, LANY, Calum Scott, Destroy Lonely, Karsh Kale, Fujii Kaze, Sammy Virji and Mother Mother.
Beyond the headliners, the international contingent includes 5 Seconds of Summer, St. Vincent, Steve Angello, Rachel Chinoriri, Ecca Vandal and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, as well as 2ManyDJS and Alain Johannes. Indian acts on the bill include Anuv Jain, Indian Ocean, Kayan, Scribe, Aditya Gadhvi, The Manganiyar Seduction, Blackstratblues, Isyana Sarasvati, Swadesi and Donn Bhat, among others. Stewart Copeland — drummer of The Police — is scheduled to perform with Indian composer and Grammy winner Ricky Kej.
One headliner arrives amid a complicated few weeks. KATSEYE's first-ever world arena tour, The Wildwood Tour, opened on 1 September at the 3Arena in Dublin, but the group has been navigating member absences. Manon and Sophia are on temporary hiatus from the group to focus on their health, and the band cancelled a planned appearance at Olivia Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Fields festival after member Megan sprained her ankle. Whether the full roster will be available for the January dates has not been confirmed.
For fans, the draw is straightforward: four headliners who have never played India, a broad international undercard, and a domestic lineup that runs from folk-rooted veterans like Indian Ocean to the percussive spectacle of The Manganiyar Seduction. The gap between now and January leaves room for the full schedule and stage splits to be confirmed by the promoters.
