Loewe Names Spike Fearn Its Newest Brand Ambassador

British actor Spike Fearn has been named the newest brand ambassador for Loewe, the Spanish luxury house whose creative direction is led by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. Fearn, 25, shared the news first with WWD, which broke the story on 3 September 2026. WWD

Fearn came to prominence through two very different films: Aftersun, the 2022 breakout by Charlotte Wells, and Alien: Romulus, the 2024 sci-fi entry in the long-running franchise. He attended Loewe's coed fall 2026 show last March — a coed show, meaning both menswear and womenswear presented together on one runway — which served as his first visible link to the house.

Right now, Fearn is in US cinemas with the romantic comedy Finding Emily, in which he plays Owen, a young sound engineer who falls for a woman he meets in a nightclub and then realises one digit of her phone number is missing. The premise sounds like a riddle, and the film leans into it.

Fearn's path into acting was not a glossy one. He was born into a working-class family in Leicestershire and trained at the Television Workshop in Nottingham, a drama programme known for producing screen actors rather than stage stars. Early credits include the indie film Sweetheart and the Amy Winehouse biopic Back to Black, in which he had a supporting role.

The work ahead is busy. Fearn is set to star in Running, an Apple Original Films production directed by Gavin O'Connor and currently shooting. He is also lined up for Sweetsick, an upcoming Searchlight Pictures feature written by Alice Birch and starring Cate Blanchett.

Loewe's ambassador roster already includes Julia Garner, Théodore Pellerin, Wang Yibo, David Jonsson and Isla Johnston. Fearn joins a group that skews toward actors in their twenties and early thirties whose careers are accelerating — faces the house can place in campaigns, on red carpets and in front-row seats across the fashion calendar.

For Fearn, the Loewe deal puts a luxury-house stamp on a career that has moved quickly from independent film to studio productions. For Loewe, it adds a performer with visible momentum at a moment when McCollough and Hernandez are still settling into their roles after taking the creative reins. The house has not disclosed financial terms of the arrangement.
