Pilgrimage Festival Sets April 2027 Return After Year Off

Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival will return on 10 and 11 April 2027 after taking a year off. The two-day event will take place at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin, Tennessee. The dates were confirmed after the festival staged no edition in 2026, according to Billboard.

The dates bring a clear change. Since its launch in 2015, Pilgrimage has traditionally been held in September. Moving to April shifts it from late summer into spring. It will be the first April edition after a decade of autumn shows.

Pilgrimage was founded in 2015 by Kevin Griffin, Brandt Wood and Michael Whelan. The three started the event as a music and culture gathering for Franklin. More than a decade on, the name remains the same. The site named for the comeback is the Franklin park that will host the 2027 show.

The most recent edition took place on 27 and 28 September 2025. Kings of Leon and John Mayer were among those on the bill. Turnpike Troubadours and Better Than Ezra also performed. That weekend was the last gathering before the 2026 break.

No lineup has been announced for 2027. No headliners, supporting acts or day splits have been confirmed. That leaves the programme wide open. Fans will need to wait for the next announcement to learn who will play.

Festivals often lock in place and dates first. The performers usually follow in stages. That pattern lets attendees plan travel before choosing days. Pilgrimage followers are now in that first window.
