50 Cent has answered Tom Brady's live television singalong with a show of support.

The rapper posted on Instagram on Monday, Sept. 14, after Brady rapped a line from "In Da Club" during FOX's broadcast of the Philadelphia Eagles against the Washington Commanders on Sunday, Sept. 13, according to Billboard.

Brady sang the chorus line "Go shawty, it's your birthday." It was a birthday message for Dean Blandino, FOX's NFL rules analyst, who turned 55.

Fifty noticed. His caption read: "Don't worry Tom is gonna win, all he do is win."

"In Da Club" topped the Billboard Hot 100, the United States chart that ranks singles by sales, streams and radio play. The track remains one of 50 Cent's best-known singles.

Brady has used the rapper's music before. His 2019 Instagram hype video was set to "Many Men," a track from 50 Cent's 2003 debut album "Get Rich or Die Tryin'." That post drew a positive response from 50 Cent within hours, according to Complex.

Not every viewer enjoyed the broadcast moment. Some fans criticised Brady for singing during live coverage, with calls mounting against the former quarterback after the game, according to EssentiallySports.

Brady joined FOX as a broadcaster after retiring from playing. Blandino works alongside the commentary team to explain officiating decisions.

What makes this stand out is the swap in roles. The analyst explained a rule. The commentator sang the soundtrack. And the rapper got the last word.
