Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 7 Premieres Tonight on Bravo

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is back for season seven on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
That is tonight. New episodes will air weekly on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Viewers without a cable subscription can watch Bravo through live television streamers DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV or Sling. Peacock will stream each new episode the next day. They arrive on Thursdays at 6 a.m. ET/PT.
Six women return for the new season. Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks and Bronwyn Newport are all back, as shown in cast photos published by Deadline.
The season opens with Mary Cosby coping with the death of her 23-year-old son, Robert Cosby Jr. It is a quiet and heavy starting point for the series.
Other stories pick up from real changes in the cast’s lives. Whitney Rose and Angie Katsanevas are both adjusting after separating from their husbands in July. The premiere also revisits the fallout between Whitney, Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks.
Heather Gay and Bronwyn Newport enter new romantic chapters in season seven. Bravo has not detailed those relationships in advance.
Bravo’s synopsis for the season says the women agree to set aside their differences and come together, while long-standing bonds are tested and surprising new relationships are formed, according to Bravo. The network also lists The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show as a related programme, where cast members discuss the episodes.
For fans, this means a fixed weekly routine. Watch live on Bravo on Wednesday night, or catch up on Peacock from Thursday morning.
