MLW Fusion to stream live free on Tubi on Thursdays
Major League Wrestling is putting its flagship show on free streaming. MLW Fusion will stream live on Tubi from Thursday, Sept. 17 at 8 p.m. ET, with new episodes premiering in that slot each Thursday, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
No subscription is needed. Tubi is a free ad-supported streaming service, meaning viewers watch commercials instead of paying a monthly fee, and it reports 110 million monthly active users, meaning people who open the app at least once a month.
The Thursday slot gives Fusion a fixed weekly home. The series was relaunched in May 2026, after airing hour-long episodes for free on Saturday evenings at 6:05 p.m. ET on YouTube, with an encore on cable channel beIN Sports, according to Yahoo Sports.
Tubi will not be the only place to find it. Episodes are also available on Veeps and NJPW World, and the organisation’s pay-per-view events, meaning one-off shows sold individually, are distributed by Live Nation’s Veeps.
What makes this stand out is the history between the two sides. Five years ago, WWE allegedly pressured Tubi into cancelling an MLW deal by using its relationship with Tubi owner Fox, where WWE SmackDown aired at the time. That allegation was reported by The Hollywood Reporter, which also reported that WWE later paid MLW $20 million in an out-of-court settlement, meaning a private agreement to end a legal dispute without a trial.
For fans, this means an old dispute has circled back to the same platform. Court Bauer, founder and chief executive of Major League Wrestling, has led the organisation through several changes since then.
Those changes include a headquarters move from New York to Charleston, South Carolina. MLW signed with Artists First for representation in March 2025, partnered with Danny McBride’s Don Gato Tequila in fall 2025, and added actor Paul Walter Hauser alongside Bauer and Bryan Walsh as an executive producer, meaning someone who oversees creative and business decisions.
