Hamilton Leithauser and Rostam will reunite on stage in November for a 10th anniversary tour behind their joint album I Had a Dream That You Were Mine.

The pair announced an 11-date run across the United States and Canada, Pitchfork reported on 17 September 2026. Eleven cities. Two weeks.

The tour opens on 5 November at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. It closes on 19 November at Pacific Electric in Los Angeles.

In between, the duo will be travelling through the north-east, the Midwest, Canada and California. The itinerary includes two nights in Brooklyn, New York, at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.

  • 18 November — San Francisco, CA, Castro Theatre
  • 19 November — Los Angeles, CA, Pacific Electric

Alongside the announcement, Leithauser and Rostam shared an unreleased piano version of “In A Black Out,” a song from the album.

I Had a Dream That You Were Mine was first released on 30 September 2016, according to DIY. The November run marks 10 years since that release.

Leithauser is known as the singer of The Walkmen. Rostam Batmanglij was formerly a member of Vampire Weekend, Billboard has reported. The two have performed together before, including two sold-out shows in downtown Los Angeles.

Both musicians have continued with solo work. Leithauser released the album This Side of the Island in 2025. Rostam’s third solo LP is titled American Stories.

For fans, this means a rare chance to hear the 2016 collaboration played live in full, in mid-size theatre and club rooms rather than large arenas.
