Miley Cyrus shares 'Let's Get Married' video ahead of new album
Miley Cyrus has unveiled the video for “Let’s Get Married” a day before her album Bass Persuades arrives on 18 September.
The song is the second single from the record, the advance songs released on their own to introduce a full album campaign. Bass Persuades is due via Atlantic Records on 18 September, as outlined when the project was announced. The one-day gap puts the relationship at the centre of release week.
The clip is in black-and-white. It stars Cyrus alongside her fiancé, Maxx Morando, who is a musician and producer and also plays drums. The pair are shown checking into the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, Rolling Stone reported on 18 September.
The official listing for the video credits Mert Alas as director, with the clip published on Cyrus’s YouTube channel. Cyrus had announced that the song and video would arrive on 17 September. She has dedicated the track to Morando.
The couple got engaged in late 2025, Geo TV reported. Morando steps in front of the camera here, rather than working only behind the scenes on music. That personal thread runs through the whole release.
Bass Persuades is Cyrus’s 10th album. It follows her 2025 LP Something Beautiful, LP being shorthand for a full-length album. It is also her first album under Atlantic Records.
Other songs confirmed for the set include “Orbit” and “Aftermath” alongside “Let’s Get Married,” as listed when the album was announced by Variety. A second single often arrives closer to release week, when the track list is already public. Here it lands just as listeners can hear it in the context of the full record.
Cyrus will follow the release with two headline nights at the Hollywood Bowl on 16 and 18 October, topping the bill on both dates. A headline show means the named artist closes the night. Those concerts will be her first full shows in the United States since 2021.
