Taylor Swift jumped out of her seat, pointed to her wedding ring and appeared to shout “That’s my husband” after Travis Kelce scored his first touchdown of the 2026 NFL season on Sept. 20. Kelce crossed the line in the first quarter for the Kansas City Chiefs against the Indianapolis Colts. The game was at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri Billboard.
A touchdown, worth six points and scored by carrying or catching the ball into the end zone, brought an instant reaction from the suite. Swift stood, smiled broadly and tapped her ring for the cameras. NBC announcer Mike Tirico called the moment live on air: “And the woman with the ring. That’s your guy!”
Swift watched the game in a sleeveless red Chiefs shirt and blue jeans, in the team’s familiar colours. She sat with her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift. All three were shown on their feet as the home crowd rose around them.
Kelce plays tight end, a pass-catching role that lines up beside the offensive line. His score gave Kansas City an early lift in a tight contest. He had waited until the third week of the season to open his account, and he did it in front of his own supporters.
