2hollis will release his next album, Pirouette, on 11 November via Interscope. The announcement was reported by Pitchfork on 22 September.

The date gives fans a clear marker. 11/11. The label is Interscope, one of the large record companies that release and distribute music worldwide.

Pirouette will include two singles, “Sex” and “Hurt”. A single, in industry terms, is a song released separately ahead of an album to introduce it.

The cover art was drawn by Yoshitaka Amano. Amano is the illustrator known for his work on the video game series Final Fantasy and the manga and anime series Vampire Hunter D.

The new album follows Star, his major-label debut in 2025. A major-label debut means a first album released with one of the three large music groups — Universal, Sony or Warner — rather than independently.

Before that, 2hollis shared his first project, Boy, in 2024. That is a fast run. Three projects in three years.

For listeners new to his story, the family background is musical on both sides. His mother is a cofounder of OWSLA, the label started by Skrillex. His father is John Herndon, drummer with the band Tortoise.

No tracklist or tour dates were confirmed in the announcement. For now, the facts are the title, the date, the label, the two singles and the cover artist.

For fans, this means November is the month. Two songs are already out. The full record lands on 11 November.
