Slipknot will headline stadiums around the world in summer 2027, starting with a Europe-exclusive show at Wembley Stadium in London on 3 July.

The global run is billed as the (Sic)est Stadium Tour. The North American leg starts later that month, on 16 July at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., and closes on 18 August at Chase Field in Phoenix, according to details reported by Rolling Stone.

The title is a nod to “(sic)”, the first full song on the band’s 1999 self-titled album. The band has said the tour will feature new staging and set lists.

Bring Me The Horizon will open every date on the North American leg as special guests. The band confirmed the billing in a statement on its North America 2027 dates, which also names Lamb of God, Acid Bath and Polyphia among the rotating support.

In total, 11 different opening acts will appear on select dates, as reported by Loudwire. The wider rotation also includes Motionless in White, Lorna Shore, Loathe, Kublai Khan TX and Vended, alongside Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed.

Line-ups will change by city. Washington, D.C. pairs Bring Me The Horizon with Acid Bath. Chicago pairs Bring Me The Horizon with Lamb of God for the 25 July show at Soldier Field.

Other North American stops already listed include Citi Field in New York on 18 July and Fenway Park in Boston on 31 July. The tour is produced by Live Nation, the concert promoter that organises large-scale tours and sells tickets through Ticketmaster, according to Pollstar.

The announcement follows new music. Slipknot surprise-released “Arsenal” ahead of the tour news, as reported by Louder Sound. It is the band’s first new song in four years.

For fans, this means big rooms and familiar favourites in a different order. Stadium shows hold tens of thousands of people. Rotating openers mean each city gets its own bill.
