Grey's Anatomy has booked three new guest stars for Season 23. Sarah Levy, Martin Martinez and Trevor Tordjman will appear in limited roles, meaning they are cast for specific episodes rather than joining the main cast full time, according to a report published on 28 September 2026. Variety

Levy plays Corrie. She is characterised as witty and an oddball, and she arrives very pregnant. Corrie is anxious about the birth of her second child after a traumatic first birth.

Three arrivals. Three very different stories.

Martinez plays Charlie. Charlie had a rough upbringing and carries a tough exterior shaped by trauma. That history has left Charlie with difficulty trusting others.

Tordjman plays Thomas. He is described as fun-loving and charming, and unaware of his looks. Thomas comes to the hospital to support his brother's girlfriend, which places him inside a family story rather than a medical one.

The new castings follow two major departures. Kevin McKidd and Kim Raver exited the series as Owen Hunt and Teddy Altman in the Season 22 finale. Their exits leave gaps in the hospital ensemble for Season 23 to address. Variety

For fans, this means a set of short-term stories woven around the regular doctors. Corrie brings a pregnancy with high emotion attached. Charlie brings wariness that the doctors will need to work around. Thomas brings family support into the ward.

Guest-starring parts of this kind are built to open and close within a few episodes. They give the writers' room a contained story to tell while the longer season arcs continue around them.
